Webflow – Marketplace

My work in the Webflow Marketplace became one of the clearest examples of how design, development and product thinking can work together. As an independent template designer and developer, I created premium Webflow templates from start to finish — concept, visual design, CMS structure, Webflow development, animations, responsive implementation, documentation and final Marketplace submission.

Over time, that work grew into a real commercial system. Across free and paid templates, my projects reached more than 50,000 downloads and sales, and for two years I ranked as the #1 global seller in the Webflow Marketplace. What started as individual template launches became a way to understand how people buy, customize and use websites at scale.

The process behind each template was always bigger than just making something look good. I had to think about flexibility, naming systems, CMS logic, reusable sections, responsive behavior, animation quality and how easy the template would be for someone else to edit. Each project needed to feel premium on the surface, but also be structured enough to work for real users after the purchase.

This work also led to contract collaborations with the Webflow team around launches and product moments, including Webflow Conf, the GSAP acquisition and the IX3 launch. I was not an internal Webflow employee, but I had the opportunity to create projects that helped showcase new features and inspire Webflow users. This case is less about one single template and more about the career I built around designing scalable, commercial Webflow products.
